Nyathi Lodge will require personal information in order to render services to you.
The information will only be used for the purpose of rendering services, and will not be re-used.
The information will be collected and used in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013, the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000, the Promotion of Access to Information Amendment Act 54 of 2002, and any other applicable Act.
You understand that if your information is not provided to Nyathi Lodge, we will be unable to render any services to you.
The information will not be transferred to a third party not directly involved in the course of Nyathi Lodge rendering services to you unless specifically on your request.
By agreeing to this document, you consent to the use of your information, and between any parties which are involved during the course of Nyathi Lodge rendering services to you, as well as in the course of recovering any debts owed by you to Nyathi Lodge after services have been rendered.
By agreeing to this document, you consent to your records being retained by Nyathi Lodge for the maximum allowable period provided for by any legislation, or for as long as deemed necessary by Nyathi Lodge.
